Systemic features: dyspnoea, fatigue, weight loss, pyrexia of unknown origin, clubbing emboli
Atrial Fibrillation
Mid-diastolic murmur = tumour plop
ECHO - pedunculated heterogeneous mass typically attached to the fossa ovalis region of the interatrial septum.
