A
Bloods: FBC, U&E, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate
ECG: Saddle shaped ST Elevation, PR Depression* (very specific to pericarditis)
ECHO: Transthoracic
Troponin - raised in 1/3 px

A
Tx Underlying Cause Colchicine Analgesia - Ibuprofen (with food) Drainage NSADIS & Colchicine = 1st line - idiopathic/viral
