Equity Theory
People will take actions when they feel the job is not treating them fairly. Ex/ Being paid less, work less hard

Distributive- Outcome is what you deserve
Procedural- Opportunity is given
Interactional- Treating with respect
3 kinds of commitment
Affective commitment- Want to stay/ Positive relationship with performance
Continuous commitment- Need to stay/ Negative relationship with performance
Normative commitment- Ought to stay
