Outside this range or immune compromised or chronic liver dz get HAIG
DO NOT use twinrix for PEP
HBV PEP
Not needed if either party has antiHBs>10 or history of recovery from HBV
3 dose regimen HBV vaccine otherwise
If source is HBSAg positive or high risk (IVDU or MSM)
Check antiHBc and HBSag in 6 months
