Mandatory immigrant medical exam before arriving to Canada
Complete physical including vision and hearing
>5yo: UA for protein and glucose (DM), blood and urine micro if abnormal
>11yo: CXR for TB
>15yo or risk factor: HIV, syphilis

Follow up go ASCUS
Repeat pap in 6 months, if >ASCUS then colpo
If HPV 16/18 positive refer for colpo

Colpo and endometrial sampling

Repeat pap in 12 months, if >ASCUS then colpo
If normal then repeat again in 12 months then return to screening if normal

Repeat in 3 months

ASCUS/LSIL with HPV negative routine q3yr screening
ASCUS/LSIL with HPV positive annual screening
Screening after hysterectomy (BC cancer agency guidelines)
If no history abnormality discontinue pap
If no previous pap discontinue after 2 negative vault tests one year apart
If previous abnormality need 3 vaginal vault smears over 3 years then discontinue
Smoker CT chest
55-74years with >30 pack year or quit <15yr ago
Annual CT for 3 years
Prostate screening
CTFPHC none
Urological association >50yo and >15yr expected lifespan annual screen (>40yo if FHx)
AAA
Men 65-80 one time US
Lipids
Q5yr
