Vagina and uterus are underdeveloped or absent

Normal functioning ovaries, normal female external genitalia, normal breast development, and normal pubic hair development.

Kidney, skeletal, hearing and heart problems.

Growth of glands and stroma. The glands are straight tubular structures.
What is the histo marker for ovulation?
Stop proliferating and start differentiating due to progesterone
What is marked histologically by postovulation?
Secretory vacuoles moving up toward the apical surface. Gland dilate and become tortuous and serrated or saw toothed because of gland exhaustion
Late secretory phase is marked by what histologically?
Prominent spiral arterioles
What is the most common cause of uterine bleeding?
Hormonal disturbances causing dysfunctional uterine bleeding
What is the most common cause of dysfunctional bleeding and what is the patho of it?
Anovulation
Failure to ovulate results in excessive endometrial stimulation by estrogens that are not stopped by progesterone
What is the FIGO classification for abnormal uterine bleeding?
PALMCOEIN
Polyps, adenomyosis, leiomyome, malignancy, coagulopathy, ovulatory problems, endometrial problems, iatrogenic, and not yet known.
