A
- Massage can positively enhance the functions of the urinary system.
- Massage of the abdomen can also benefit the urinary system.
- Since the kidneys are located somewhat superficially, bodyworker therapists must use caution applying force just below the 12th rib.
- Kidneys are a common source of non specific low back pain. Refer client to Dr. if combined with sweating and fever.
