-Short head: this is the medial head of the biceps brachii, originates on the coracoid process
-Long head: This is the lateral head of the biceps brachii, originates on the superior rim of the glenoid fossa
-Insertion for both: radial tuberosity

Lateral head: This is the lateral head of the triceps brachii, and it’s origin is the lateral margin of the humerus
Long head: this is medial to the lateral head of the triceps brachii, origin is the inferior rim of the glenoid fossa.
Medial head: This is deep to the lateral and long head of the triceps brachii, origin is the posterior humerus
