What is censorship?
The practice of suppressing and limiting access to materials considered
obscene, offensive or a threat to security.
Why might some Muslims agree with censorship? Find a quote to support your answer.
Some things are considered blasphemous and so appear offensive to religion.
Pictures and words can go against religious teachings e.g. there should be no images of the Prophet Muhammad.

No one has a right to be offended – if you don’t like something don’t engage with it.
Christianity preaches forgiveness – if someone offends you, you should forgive them not censor them.

Many Christians believe that they should try to
