A legal way to cancel a marriage in the Catholic Church
What is the definition of remarriage?
A person who has been married before, marrying again

This is because it is seen as adultery.

Catholics will accept separation instead however, this goes against gods plan for a family.

Yes! However if the couple proceeds with the divorce they are discouraged from remarrying.

They have to have a non-church wedding.

Yes but only as a last resort.

Reconcile (to repair a damaged relationship) with the help of a family member

They are encouraged to remarry as marriage is obligatory in Islam.
