endothelial or support cell, benign have lots of vascular channels, malignant are more cellular without organizing vessels
benign types (3)
hemangioma, pyogenic granuloma, cavernous hemangioma

large, dilated vascular channels, infiltrate deep structures, don’t regress. history: Sharpe edges, no capsule

angiosarcoma- usually older, skin/soft tissue. radiation/lymphdema increase risk

mostly benign, primary very rare, second.emd more likely

myxoma, rhabdo, pap fibroelastoma
spider cells are in

glob cells in

malignant heart
sarcoma (rare)
metastatic heart
more likely, breast, lung, melanoma, leuk/lymph
