Lidocaine:
1 to 1.5 mg/Kilogram every 3-5 minutes.
Infusion should be 1 mg greater than the milligram per kilogram amount given in the bolus. And that amount should be given per minute.
Additional bolus of lidocaine should be given at 5-10 minutes.
What are the doses for atropine in the case of organophosphate poisoning?
Adult: 1-2 mg
CETT 2-4 mg
Pediatric 2-10: 1 mg
CETT 2 mg
Pediatric 2: .2 mg/kg to max of 1 mg
CETT: .03 mg/kg
What are the three medications for calcium channel blocker and beta blocker overdose is?
Calcium chloride: 500 to 1000 mg
Glucagon: 1 to 2 mg
Repeat every five minutes
