Transcutaneous pacing at 80 ppm and 80 mA
Consider sedation with for said if not contraindicated.

What is the pharmacological therapy for stable adult bradycardia?
A
Atropine sulfate:
.5 mg every 3 to 5 minutes to a max of 3 mg.
Max total dose of .04 mg per kilogram for morbidly obese patients.

What is the epinephrine infusion rate for bradycardia?
A
2 –10 µg per minute
Titrate to adequate blood pressure and heart rate response
