A


.01 –.05 mg/kilograms to a max dose of 2 mg for a single dose.

A

Do not administer amiodarone!

Sodium bicarb administered for hypotension, arrhythmia, or QRS greater than 100 ms:

IV: 1 meq/ kilogram

Repeat every 5 to 10 minutes at the same dose if signs and symptoms persist

Magnesium sulfate - for torsades refractory to sodium bicarbonate

IV/IO: 25–50 mg per kilogram in 100 mL buretrol over 2 to 5 minutes to a max of 2 g.

Calcium chloride for calcium channel blocker overdose only:

20 mg/ kilogram over 10 minutes or until signs and symptoms improve.

Glucagon:
IV/IM/SQ 0.1 mg/kilogram to a max of 1 mg every five minutes as needed and as available. Mix with normal saline.

Epinephrine:
.1-2 mcg/kg/min
