Why does Johnny think that Dally is a hero?
Johnny thinks Dally is a hero because he stood up for people. This is most seen in chapter 5 when Dally stood up for two-bit even though Dally did not commit a crime.
Why are the Socs and Greasers going to have a rumble?
Because Johnny killed Bob, Bob had many Soc friends that wanted revenge on the Greasers.
How does this affect the greasers? (the rumble)
It affected the Greasers because now, they can’t walk alone by themselves. If they do, they have to carry a weapon just in case.
Why doesn’t Dally want Johnny to turn himself in?
Because Dally thinks that Johnny is not tough enough for jail
Why does Johnny insist on confessing?
Because it’s the right thing to do, he could be left off easily, and he does not want to stay in this position forever.
