It is a social stereotype about certain groups of people that individuals form outside their own conscious awareness

Can also be described as implicit bias

  • Action and negotiation teams: like legal teams, consist of people who tend to work together regularly.
  • Project and development teams: including research and product development teams. They are dedicated to a particular objective and have limited life-spans and a clear set of short-term objectives.
  • Self-Managed Teams – they don’t have a manager or a leader
  • Leadership teams – skilled individuals used to develop better and strategies for better working
