ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ

the mankind; man(kind)

Question 7

مِنۡ

Answer 7

from

Question 8

عَلَقٍ

Answer 8

a clinging clot

Question 9

وَ

Answer 9

and

Question 10

وَرَبُّكَ

Answer 10

and your Lord

Question 11

ٱلۡأَكۡرَمُ

Answer 11

(is) the Most Generous

Question 12

عَلَّمَ

Answer 12

taught

Question 13

بِٱلۡقَلَمِ

Answer 13

by the pen

Question 14

مَا

Answer 14

what

Question 15

لَمۡ

Answer 15

not

Question 16

يَعۡلَمۡ

Answer 16

he knew; he know(s)

Question 17

كَلَّآ

Answer 17

absolutely not!; Nay!

Question 18

إِنَّ

indeed

Question 19

لَيَطۡغَىٰٓ

Answer 19

surely transgresses

Question 20

أَن

Answer 20

[particle] that; because

Question 21

رَّءَاهُ

Answer 21

he sees it

Question 22

ٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰٓ

Answer 22

self-sufficient

Question 23

إِلَىٰ

Answer 23

to

Question 24

ٱلرُّجۡعَىٰٓ

Answer 24

(is) the return

Question 25

أَرَءَيۡتَ

Answer 25

have you seen

Question 26

يَنۡهَىٰ

Answer 26

forbids; discourages

Question 27

عَبۡدًا

Answer 27

a slave

Question 28

إِذَا

Answer 28

when

Question 29

صَلَّىٰٓ

Answer 29

he prays

Question 30

إِن

Answer 30

if

Question 31

كَانَ

Answer 31

he is; was; is ever-so

Question 32

عَلَى

Answer 32

upon

Question 33

ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ

Answer 33

the guidance

Question 34

أَوۡ

Answer 34

or

Question 35

أَمَرَ

Answer 35

he orders

Question 36

بِٱلتَّقۡوَىٰٓ

Answer 36

by way of righteousness

Question 37

كَذَّبَ

Answer 37

he denies

Question 38

وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ

Answer 38

and turns away

Question 39

أَلَمۡ

Answer 39

does not

Question 40

بِأَنَّ

Answer 40

that; by way of that

Question 41

ٱللَّهَ

Allah

يَرَىٰ

(he) sees

لَئِن

surely if

يَنتَهِ

he desists

لَنَسْفَعًا

Answer 45

surely We will drag

بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ

by the forelock

Question 47

نَاصِيَةٍ

Answer 47

a forelock

Question 48

كَٰذِبَةٍ

Answer 48

lying

Question 49

خَاطِئَةٍ

Answer 49

sinful

Question 50

فَلْيَدْعُ

Answer 50

then let him call

Question 51

نَادِيَهُ

Answer 51

his gang; his associates; those who he’ll call

Question 52

سَنَدۡعُ

Answer 52

We will call

Question 53

ٱلزَّبَانِيَةَ

Answer 53

the Angels of Hell

Question 54

لَا

Answer 54

(do) not

Question 55

تُطِعۡهُ

Answer 55

obey him

Question 56

وَاسْجُدْ

Answer 56

(but) prostrate

Question 57

وَاقْتَرِبْ

Answer 57

and draw near
