Medial hand, medial forearm, medial distal half of arm, dives and enters into brachial vein or becomes another brachial vein

Dorsum of foot, big toe area, anterior to medial malleolus, runs medially on leg, knee, and thigh, within close proximity of the Inguinal ligament, dives into femoral vein then leaves femoral triangle

Lateral side of foot, between lateral malleolus and tendo-calcaneus, posterior leg, superficial to popliteal fossa and dives into popliteal vein, runs with sural nerve
