Pyramidal
Apex: Between 1st rib, clavicle, and scapula
Base: Deep fascia (skin, sub Q)
Anterior: Pectoralis Major (ant axillary fold) and minor
Posterior: Subscapularis, Teres major, and lats (post axillary fold)
Medial: Ribs, Intercostal muscles, Serratus anterior
Lateral: Humerus, Coracobrachialis, Short head of the biceps

Roof: Deep fascia
Contents: Neurovascular elements, lymphatics, fat, and connective tissue

Cubital Fossa

A

Triangular

Base: Imaginary line between medial and lateral epicondyles
Apex: Where Pronator teres and Brachioradialis merge

Lateral: Brachioradialis
Medial: Pronator Teres
Floor: Brachialis and Supinator
Roof: Deep fascia and Biccipital Aponeurosis
Contents: Brachial Artery and main

branches (ulnar and radial arteris), corresponding veins, and Median nerve, Biceps tendon

Base: Inguinal Ligament
Apex: Where Sartorius and Adductors merge
Lateral Boundary: Sartorius
Medial Boundary: Adductors
Roof: Deep Fascia

Contents: Femoral Nerve, Artery, Vein (Lateral to Medial), Branches and tributaries, great saphenous Vein, lymphatics, fat, etc.

Diamond-shaped space
Superior - Medial Boundary: Semitendinosus
Superior - Lateral: Biceps Femoris
Inferior - Medial: Medial Head of Gastrocnemius
Inferior - Lateral: Lateral head of Gastrocnemius
Roof: Deep Fascia

Contents: Popliteal A, V (Plus branches and tributaries), branches of sciatic N, small saphenous V., lymphatics, fat, etc.
