  2. Tendinous intersections cut and Rectus muscle and anterior layer of sheath retracted
  3. Posterior layer of Rectus Sheath Cut
    * No innervation to Rectus Abdominis Lost

  2. Lateral Incision through Obliques and Transverse Abdominis
