Q

Radial Nerve

A

Arm: Spirals around humerus in a medial to lateral fashion posteriorly

Elbow: Deep to brachioradialis, anterior to lateral epicondyle

Splits to superficial branch of the radial nerve and deep branch of the radial nerve.

Superficial branch spirals around brachioradialis tendon and goes to the hand for sensation.

Deep branch pierces the supinator then goes to innervate all of the posterior forearm

Q

Ulnar Nerve

A

Arm: Medial biccipital groove proximally then between the medial head and the long head of the triceps

Elbow: between the medial epicondyle and the olecranon process
Forearm: between flexor carpi ulnaris and ulnar 1/2 of flexor Digitorum Profundus

Wrist: lateral to flexor carpi ulnaris to ulnar tunnel

Q

Median Nerve

A

Arm: Medial biccipital groove following brachial artery and veins

Elbow: in cubical fossa, halfway between biceps tendon and medial epicondyle

Forearm: between Digitorum muscles (FDP and FDS)

Wrist: Deep to Pollicis Longus and superficial to flexor digitorum superficialis to carpal tunnel

To hand for sensation (5/18)
