Aspirin immediately

Alteplase 4.5 hours after symptoms occurred
Aspirin 300mg OD for 2 weeks
if needed anticoagulant can be added if needed

What is long term treatment of TIA/stroke?
A
clopidogrel and a statin
Aspirin continued
