A

From congenital defect in aortic valve, just kinda like aperture that domes so you get an audible click just after S1

Paradoxical Splitting of S2

A

Usually P2 before A2, but on inspiration P2 takes longer and comes after. However, AS causes A2 to take longer, so the two are more separated on exp and then on insp P2 moves closer to A2 and they sound like 1

A

Mild - normal splitting
Moderate - paradoxical splitting
Severe - only P2, no A2

Opening Snap

A

Burst open by MS, comes sooner and sooner after S2 w/ more severity. Diastolic low-freq murmur follows and accentuates before S1
