Secure if no restart

-Ignition (key): off and out
-CAPS: if safe landing is in doubt, slow to 120, deploy CAPS above 1,000 AGL.
-Call: Make a distress call on current frequency if there is traffic to hear it.
Make a distress call on 121.5 frequency if there is no traffic to hear it.

If all changes and checks result in comms still being out then squawk 7600 on the transponder.
