A
  • Spine/SI joint pain
  • New bone formation= joint ankyloses
  • Peripheral arthritis- asymmetrical and lower extremity
  • Inflammation at tendon insertion= Enthesitis
  • Ocular involvement= acute anterior uveitis
  • HLA-B27

A

Inflammatory spinal pain OR asymmetrical synovitis

PLUS

  • FH
  • Psoriasis
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Urethritis, cervicitis or acute diarrhea within 1 month arthritis onset
  • Alternating buttock pain
  • Enthesopathy
  • Sacroiliitis
