Q
What is the treatment of cervical radiculopathy?
A
Delayed tx- muscle paralysis, weakness, chronic pain syndromes
- May progress to myelopathy with spinal cord involvement
Conservative
- Spontaneous resolution usually within 2-8 weeks
- NSAIDs
- Cervical traction
- Avoid spinal manipulation
