What are acceleration sprints?
A
When the pace is increased gradually from standing to a rolling jog, then running and finally a maximum sprint.

A
A work period followed by a rest or recovery period. The speed is developed by increasing the intensity.

A
A series of sprints followed by periods of jogging or walking. Allows rest and is useful for sports that constantly change speed
