Step up and down on the bench for 5 minutes, keeping in time with the metronome. Then record your pulse for one minute and compare to the VO2 Max tables
Tests aerobic endurance

Disadvantages: needs a lot of specialist equipment, is not suitable for everyone

A

Warm up for 10 minutes and then mark out 35m with cones, run the length and record the time
Tests speed
Equipment: cones, large space, stopwatch, measuring tape Advantages: large number of people can do all together, easy to carry out
Disadvantages: only measure speed, not suitable for everyone

Measure out 20m and start the CD. You must arrive at the shuttle before the beep of the CD, if you don’t reach the shuttle you are withdrawn from the test
Tests aerobic endurance
Equipment: shuttles, measuring tape, radio, large space, MSFT audiotape
Advantages: to easy to carry out, multiple participants can be tested at one time
Disadvantages: boring and repetitive, participants can get tired and drop out easily
