What do we do on commercial fire alarms?
A
Make a reasonable effort to search for the cause of every fire alarm. If cause is not found on location from panel, search the whole property.

Do we force entry on a commercial fire alarm?
A
Only if there are obvious signs of fire, sprinkler activation, etc.

What do we do if we can not reset the fire alarm or the occupant can not be contacted?
A
Try to silence the alarm, and notify jeff com if we cant. If we have to force entry and no occupant is there then we shall notify LE. If we respond on the same issue twice in 24 hours, silence but dont reset and tell Jeff Com the system is not in a functional state.
