What is a PAR?
A
An accounting of or roll call for all members operating at the scene. Should be face-to-face whenever possible.

When should an IC request a PAR?
A
A change in the incident strategy, report of lost, missing or trapped firefighters, sudden hazardous event, change in communications plan, every 30 minutes. Or whenever IC feels it is necessary.

A
States the unit designation, number of members assigned and the units location
