Do we force entry for a fire alarm?
A
Only if there are obvious signs of smoke, fire, sprinkler activation, or hazardous conditions such as the smell of gas. We will conduct a reasonable search for the cause.

What to do if owner is not on scene?
A
Every effort shall be made to silence or reset the alarm. A Residential Fire Alarm Letter shall be left for the owner.

What happens if it is the same residence within 24 hours for a false alarm?
A
Do not reset and notify Jeff Com that system is not functioning properly and document in the narrative
