Definition- Occupant support
- BFES member whose responsibility it is to provide support to the public at an emergency, after consulting with the IC

Mental health needs additionally, witness may have misunderstandings of fire department operations that cause a delay in the removal of the patient (ie trench collapse, an electrocution rescue…) addressing these issues_
on site, early or as soon as possible following the event can minimize these misunderstandings, reduce phychological effects and produce improved relations with the public
