System Restore restores a computer to a previously saved state. It does not remove Trojan horses from computer startup, especially if the Trojan were included in the restore image.

The Windows Recovery Environment is a recovery environment that can repair common causes of unbootable operating systems. It does not remove Trojan horses from computer startup.
