To change the settings in the active power plan, open Power Options to see the currently enabled plan.

Right click Windows > Power Options or Settings >systems > Click Change plan settings and choose Change advanced plan settings. From the options, expand the USB settings, expand USB selective suspend, and change Enabled to Disabled.

A
