Why would you use File history?
Though you can turn to a variety of third-party backup programs, a tool built into Windows is worth trying, namely, File History. Available in Windows 10 and 11, File History will automatically back up files from specific folders on your PC to an external source, such as a USB drive or network location

The Ease of Access Center provides a centralized location in the Control Panel where you can adjust accessibility settings and programs. You can also get recommendations for settings to make your PC easier to see, hear, and use. The Center can be accessed by going to Start Menu → Control Panel → Ease of Access Center.

Where can I change Change Power Option Settings and edit the USB settings?
To change the settings in the active power plan, open Power Options to see the currently enabled plan.
Right click Windows > Power Options or Settings >systems > Click Change plan settings and choose Change advanced plan settings. From the options, expand the USB settings, expand USB selective suspend, and change Enabled to Disabled.
