Social learning. role of general belief about the world (acquires through social experience)

Internal; feeling of control to obtain reward
External; belief that rewards are controlled by factors outside of themselves.

Self-efficacy
A
Belief in own ability. Not entirely same as internal locus. Can be very good at math but find it useless bc don’t need it. High self-efficacy, external locus.
