Physically active it is safe for most of us but some people need to check with the doctors before the increased activity
Why do we perform a warm up?
Prepare the muscles, prepare the joints, prepare the mind, prevent injury, prepare the ligament, prepare the cardiovascular system
Warm up (cardiovascular phase)
Everything session or competitive situation should start with a cardiovascular warm-up to gradually raise the heart rate towards the working heart rate
Warm up (stretching phase)

Warm up (sport-specific phase)
The final stage of a warmup is to practice game related situations
Cool down
Activities similar to those used in the warmup such as jogging can be used to return the heart rate gradually to it’s resting level
Acheivable
Goals must be achievable. Unacheivable goals is likely to result in the demotivation
Measurable
Means it will be easy to know when goals are acheived
Specific
Means exactly number to go is in include a series of steps towards the overall goal
