Abrasions

A

Abrasions or grazes can be caused by friction of the skin against a rough surface e.g. a concrete playground or 4g.
Can occur from a tackle or just falling over in any game which can be played on a hard surface

Fraxure

A

A cracked or broken bone that happens after getting hit There are several types of fractures including:
In closed: the skin over the break is not damaged.
Compound fractures: the broken bone comes out the skin.
Simple fracture: take place in one line, bone is still in place
Stress fractures (overuse injuries): They can happen as a result of fatigue.
