Sit and reach test
Focuses on flexibility
Reach as far as you can slowly pushing the ruler up the bench
Hand grip test
Focuses on strength
With your dominant hand squeeze as hard as you can
One minute press up test
Focuses on muscular endurance
Do as many press ups as you can in 1 minute
30 metre spring test
Focuses on speed
Run as quickly as you can up the 30 metre track
Vertical jump test/sargent jump test
Focuses on power
Jump as high as you can marking the wall where your fingertip landed
Illinois agility test
Focuses on agility
Run around the course and get the quickest time
