Make sure all the equipment that you need to stay safe is being used for example helmets in Formula 1

A
Warm up before exercise to get the blood flowing and stretch your muscles to prevent pulling them

Make sure you stretch after exercise and bring your heart rate down as this prevents things like cramp

Rest and recovery
A
Allow your body to have days of rest otherwise over training can occur.

Make sure everything you use is to safe to use and is not broken

Play to the rules
A
This will prevent injury and rules are there to keep participants safe when playing sport if they aren’t followed there is a risk of injury
