What is a PAR-Q?
A
A screening tool that can be used be anyone who is planning to start an exercise or training routine.

What is the goal of a cool-down?

To return the heart rate gradually to its resting level and to get rid of any lactic acids in your muscles.

We set goals so we know if we are on track or not, and to motivate ourselves when we hit those goals.

How can we use SMART to set goals
A
When setting a goal you habe to think of SMART. is it specific enough? Is it measurable? Is it achievable ? Is it actually realistic? And is it time bound?
