• Can be done in a variety of terrains
Disadvantages
• difficult for a coach unless they run with the athlete
• There may not be suitable teraine nearby
Circit
Advantages:
• can combine many Components of fitness
• A good source of all-round fitness
Negative:
• The circuit needs to be set up and well planned out
• it is important to work hard on every circuit but people often pace themselves s
Interval
Advantages:
• Includes a rest period
• Includes repeted strints
Disadvantiges:
- verry intence
- boring
