Mechanical advantage
a large load can be lifted with a relatively small amount of effort (applies to first and second class levers).
Mechanical disadvantage:
third class levers cannot lift as heavy a load with the same amount of effort, due to the position of the effort and load from the fulcrum.

1st class leaver = fulcram in the middle
2nd class leaver =
2nd class leaver = load in the middle
3rd class leaver =
3rd class leaver = effort in the middle

Noding you head or trysep dip because the fulcram is in the middle

Calf raise because the load is in the middle
