12 minute cooper
Focuses on your cardiovascular fitness from your distance achieved and how quick you can go meaning you will get a higher score.
Illinios agility test
Focuses on agility. Run around that marked out track as quick as possible.
Harvard step test
Tests your cardiovascular. Step up on to a gym bench once every 2 seconds for 5 minutes
One minute sit up
Focuses on muscular endurance.
Do as many sit-ups as you can in a minute
Sit and reach test
Focuses on flexibility.
You place your feet flat on a reach box with legs straight and reach as far as possible.
Hang-grip test
Focuses on strength.
With your strongest hand squeeze the grip to measure your strength.
One-minute press-up
Focuses on muscular strength
Do as many press ups as you can in 1 minute.
30 metre sprint
Focuses on speed.
Sprint as fast as possible in a straight line for 30m
Vertical jump
Focuses on power.
Jumo from a standing position and jumo as high as you can.
