Has a huge impact on your health and fitness and makes you less vulnerbale from diseases and living a sedentary lifestyle.

Exercise helps you to sleep better which helps your body to recover. It will help you getting to sleep once you have gone to bed but also helps you have a deeper, more productive nights sleep

. Legal drugs include caffeine found in coffee and energy drinks, nicotine from smoking and ethanol more commonly known as alcohol.

Smoking is highly addictive and within a short space of time people who smoke start to develop cravings for cigarettes and can experience withdrawal symptoms if they go too long without a cigarette
