Basil Cell Carcinoma
Most common. Non-metastisizing. malignant. Slow growing.Over 40. Usually on face.
Squamous Cell Carcinoma
More likely to metastisize. Over 60. malignant.
Malignant Melanoma
Rapid growing metastasizing. Raised, irregular perimiter, bigger than 7mm, color change.
Contact dermatitis
Allergic and irritant. 2 types.
Ringworm (Tinea)
Fungal skin infection. Feet, groin, scalp, nails, trunk. Ring shaped. Contageous.
Scabies
Tiny mites that lay eggs under the skin. S/S Itchy bump/blisters. Common sign-line up finger. Contageous.
Impetigo
Bacterial infection (strep of staph). Common on face, nose, mouth. Complication is cellulitis.
Cellulitis
bacterial Infection under the skin (staph) can spread to lymph and blood stream.
Staphlococcus
harmless bacteria on top of skin. Can enter skin/blood and be very destructive in weakened immune cases.
