Primary hypercholesterolaemia, prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease/T2DM

A
High alcohol intake, liver disease, pregnancy/breastfeeding

Use a lower dose in those taking: amiodarone, ciclosporin, erythromycin

Constipation/diarrhoea, dizziness, asthenia, thrombocytopenia
