How does ramipril work?
A
ACE inhibitor - prevents an increase in vasoconstriction (AG2 not produced therefore aldosterone cannot reabsorb Na)

A
Hypertension, heart failure

A
Pregnancy, hypotension, angioedema PMHx, volume-depleted patients, hyperkalaemia
