It’s a LMWH, encourages the inactivation of Xa and thrombin through potentiating the effect of antithrombin

A
VTE, DVT, NSTEMI, unstable angina, can use in pregnancy

A
Following major trauma, acute bacterial endocarditis, haemophilia, peptic ulcers, retinopathy
