Caused by inhalation of silica particles (quartz exposure - very fibrogenic)

What are clinical features of Silicosis?
A
Progressive dyspnoea
increased incidence of TB

What would a CXR of Silicosis show?
A
Miliary or nodular pattern in upper and mid-zone +/- egg-shell calcification of hilar nodes (BUZZ)
