  1. longsitting, shoulder flexed to 90dg, if scap winds=automatic score of 4.
  2. Supine shoulder flexed to 90dg. pt makes a fist and does pushup plus motion. Therapist applys pressure down toward the shoulder jt, stabaliz the elbow.

A

pt elevates arm through scaption, if the arm drops suddenly test + for infraspin injury.

A

pt moves into scaption, and points thumbs down (empty) or up (full). Apply pressure, if pt has pain + for infraspin/rotator cuff tear.

Kennedy-Hawkins test

A

For rotator cuff inmpingement. pt sitting, therapist supports arm, with elbow comfortably flexed, and passively moves shoulder into flexion and horizontal adduction. If painful + for impingement. (start low)
